I work with two main teaching modules that introduce you to skills to help you make the most of yourself today and in the future:
Mindfulness teaches us the importance of living in the present moment rather than with the regrets of the past or the worries of the future.
Mindfulness can help us to become less anxious and so more relaxed. By becoming aware of how things are today we become able to make wise decisions that affect the future. We can learn the importance of enjoying today.
More and more we are realising the need to look after our mental as well as our physical health. The Steps Course introduces us to constructive ways of thinking and communicating that can help us to nurture our relationships and make the best of life and the situations we find ourselves in.
I offer a range of courses, seminars, retreat days and life coaching for you to attend. The material is to help you make the most of life when things are going well and to cope better when you experience difficulties. The courses are for anyone wanting to bring more meaning into their lives and their relationships.
