Mindfulness meditation is the central teaching element of Steps Ahead.  Whatever your experience of meditation I feel sure that you will find a suitable event to join me for in the programme that I offer.  Follow the links below to find out more:

  • Mindfulness Course (MBSR) – This 8 week course is the core teaching module that the rest of the Steps Ahead program is based upon.
  • Individual Coaching – A chance to explore concept of mindfulness on an individual basis.
  • WorkshopsI provide either day or half day workshops for organisations in the Dorset area.
  • Monthly Meditation Sessions These are uplifting and informative sessions to encourage you to continue with your meditation practice. If you have not done any meditation before you would be very welcome to join these events to find out more about Steps Ahead.
  • Retreat DaysHeld throughout the year these days offer the opportunity for you to either nudge or to deepen your practice.
  • Maintaining Mindfulness – This will be a 4 week course looking at maintaining a mindfulness practice following attendance of the MBSR course. To be developed.
  • Supervision I offer supervision to individuals working in the field of mindfulness
