STEPS is a three day course that will help you make the most of yourself while also enabling you to support those with whom you live and work.
Through interesting DVDs and lively discussion STEPS gives you the opportunity to explore some of the concepts involved in how your mind works.
During the course you will have time to apply the information to your life at the moment.

At present there is no STEPS Course available. You may however like to attend the Mindful Steps seminars which are based on the concepts of mindfulness in conjunction with the STEPS material. |
