Initially trained as a dietitian, I have been working in the field of personal development for the last 15 years. Inspired through my own personal meditation practice, the stories from the clients with whom I work and scientific research I trained as a mindfulness instructor with Bangor University in 2009.
I work alongside parents and families, sportsmen, young entrepreneurs and people within business, as well as people within the public sector such as the health and education.
I am committed to my own daily practice which is supported by regular supervision and retreats at Gaia House and other centres. I attend training days with Exeter University as well as occasional ones held at both Bangor University and Oxford University.
As part of the Exeter University Mindfulness Network I am an approved supervisor for the MBCT/MBSR post-graduate programme. I also offer private supervision.
I live in Dorset with my husband and four children.
